Goods In Operative 6am - 6pm 4 On 4 Off Location: Glenfield, LE3 8JR The Role Checking Goods against delivery notes for accuracy and damages and completing paperwork Assist with stock takes and PI Checks. Load and unload delivery vehicles in line with HandS procedures. Movement of goods between departments using FLT or manual and Electric pump trucks Notify relevant departments if any shortages occur on deliveries Liaising with the technical team if a non-conformance needs raising Physically moving stock onto pallets Ensure all stocks movements are accurately recorded including stock to be allocated to production. Quality checking goods on arrival prior to accepting load. Booking in deliveries with suppliers Maintaining and supporting min/max product stock levels across all manufacturing sites for ingredients and packaging by accurately picking stock and organising transport. Working within FIFO and managing stock rotation and date codes. General Housekeeping of Goods In Warehouse Cross-training with other departments to provide support and cover where needed to meet the needs of the business.
