This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Commis who''s ready to step up into a Chef de Partie Position.You''ll be part of a large chef brigade, preparing fresh, seasonal dishes and daily specials for up to 100 covers a day in the restaurant plus weddings and events. All food is made in-house under the leadership of an experienced and supportive Head Chef.We value great organisation, strong mise en place, and a sense of humour in the kitchen.
