Contracts Manager - Ceilings and DrywallWe are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager specialising in the ceiling and drywall sector to join our growing team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.Key Responsibilities:Managing and overseeing multiple ceiling and drywall projectsProgramming works and coordinating labour and subcontractorsCommercial management, including cost control and variationsLiaising with clients, consultants, and site teamsEnsuring compliance with health and safety and company proceduresAttending site meetings and progress reviewsRequirements:Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the ceilings and drywall sectorStrong knowledge of commercial and operational project deliveryExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFull UK driving licenceLocation and Working Arrangement:Office-based a minimum of 3 days per weekCandidates should be ideally based within a 25-30 mile radius of our Wokingham officeSalary:Up to £65,000, depending on experienceThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of work and room for progression.Job Types: Full-time, ..... full job details .....
