Head of Marketing Our prestigious manufacturing client are currently seeking a new Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of their global marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial growth across marine and luxury sectors. Working closely with Sales, Design, Aftersales and Senior Leadership, you will lead a high-performing marketing team and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, PR, social media, content, events, partnerships and international boat shows. Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused marketing leader to shape the next chapter of one of the world''s most recognised luxury sailing yacht brands. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: •Strong understanding of brand storytelling, audience segmentation and customer lifecycle management Proven leadership experience within a senior marketing role, ideally withing the marine, luxury or lifestyle sectors • Experience developing and delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns • Strong understanding of the luxury marine market • Experience working across international markets and positioning high-value products • Strong digital marketing, analytics and CRM experience; HubSpot experience would be advantageous • Excellent communication and written skills • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills • Commercially focused and results driven, with the ability to demonstrate marketing ROI • Experience ..... full job details .....
