Working as part of a dedicated team to ensure the smooth supply of Fresh Produce across 7 days a week, the position of Supply Chain Coordinator will report to the Senior Sourcing Manager will work closely with Procurement and Commercial colleagues becoming fundamental in the success of fresh produce product supply to key retail customers. This opportunity offers a varied portfolio of responsibilities to include; Manage product storage, inventory, packing and distribution. Responsible for administering inventory ordering, procurement and supporting profitability. Helping maintain customer forecasts ensuring forecast accuracy whilst keeping an accurate record of the inventory. Communicate and maintain the coordinated sourcing mission and strategy. Work closely with the sales / supply chain teams to ensure all sales volumes are supplied and pre-planned accounting for any external factors such as vessel changes.
