This is a support focused engineering role, suited to someone who enjoys owning live systems, resolving production issues, and making practical improvements that directly impact customer experience and platform stability.The roleYou ll be responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance and optimisation of busy e-commerce platforms. Your work will focus on: Monitoring platform performance, availability and reliability Diagnosing and resolving incidents, including root cause analysis Supporting accurate digital analytics, tagging and data quality Delivering small but meaningful enhancements across key customer journeys You ll work closely with engineers, UX designers, digital analysts, SEO specialists and product teams to keep applications stable, secure and fit for purpose.
