Our client, a well known civil engineering/construction company is seeking to employ a Bid Manager to take a focal role within their work winning team based out of their West Yorkshire office.

This is an exciting position, and requires and individual with a strong civil engineering background that has worked through project delivery and moved into work winning hence has a very good understanding of how to both win and deliver work within the civil engineering sector (ideally with railway, marine, EA experience etc).

You will oversee the submission of bids, coordinate the team to ensure all bids are accurate and timely and check content is clear and meets the clients specifications.

Candidates will have a strong civil engineering background, be excellent communicators and be able to get the best out of their team.
