Quality Manager
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to take full ownership of the Quality function and Quality Management System (QMS). This is a hands-on, onsite leadership role, managing a department of approximately 10 quality professionals, including Senior Quality Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Inspectors. The successful Quality Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and third-party requirements while driving continuous improvement across the business. Core Responsibilities for the selected Quality Manager Overall ownership and maintenance of the company Quality Management System (QMS) and associated documentationLeadership, coordination, and workload allocation across the Quality teamEnsure delivered products and components meet all design, customer, and regulatory requirementsAlign Quality activities with business needs and production prioritiesMaintain compliance with third-party approvals, customer standards, and regulatory bodiesLead and oversee root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for product and process issuesEnsure Quality audits are planned and executed across all relevant processesOversee and plan PPAPs, FAIRs, and APQP activitiesMaintain and report all Quality and Compliance MetricsSupport and contribute to training and development to ensure team capability and competencyDrive best practices, continuous improvement, and quality excellence across the organisationManage customer returns, complaints, ..... full job details .....
