As People and Culture Advisor, you will be providing a front-line HR service in line with good practice and commercially focused PandC solutions that are aligned with company’s goals and growth strategy. Accountable for providing seamless PandC generalist and administration support.You will be assisting the PandC Partnering team in providing seamless support to multiple business areas and leaders.Supporting across the PandC team with people related actions that interface with other areas of the PandC org, such as Employee Connection, Compensation and Talent Acquisition.Responsibilities

Support the PandC Partner and leaders with all people and organisational change as well as with BAU people processes.Develop close working relationships and understanding of the commercial priorities to facilitate people and organisational solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals.Enable organisational change by supporting with org design, talent acquisition and onboarding and associated processes, such as – job descriptions, recruitment, contracts, onboarding.Support the implementation of new initiatives coming from the specialist PandC CoE teams as well as managing cyclical processes, such as the annual merit review.General administration and coordination activities such as coordination of work experience, liaising with Finance in relation to PO’s and invoices.Be the day-to-day interface with the Employee Connections team to help facilitate all requests for headcount additions or changes, ensure that job descriptions, org charts and any other relevant reports are updated accordingly.Qualifications

Strong organisational and planning skills.Commercial awareness – curious about the business to maximise your understanding and value add.Collaborative and proactive.Self-sufficient, able to make day-to-day decisions when supporting managers as well as connect the dots.Able to manage small projects and change programmes related to your business groups as required.Good communicator and able to build good connections and relationships.Studying or the desire to study towards a CIPD qualification (desirable)
