We''re recruiting for a Housing Officer to join a leading Housing Association in South East London. You''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services across a designated patch, ensuring residents receive excellent support and customer service.
Key responsibilities:

• Managing tenancy and estate issues
• Handling ASB, nuisance and safeguarding cases
• Conducting estate inspections
• Managing voids, viewings and tenancy sign-ups
• Working closely with local authorities and partner agencies

- Housing, customer service or tenancy management experience required- Strong communication and case management skills
- Knowledge of social housing and housing legislation desirable
