The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Tudor Grange Academies Trust to recruit reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Warwickshire for immediate start or from September 2026.

Whether you''re looking for flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term placement, we have a variety of opportunities available. This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates considering a career in teaching, or individuals with experience working with young people in an educational setting.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged with the work provided while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. You will not be required to plan or mark lessons.

We''re looking for candidates who have:

• Recent experience working within a classroom.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence leading a classroom and following lesson plans
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A professional, adaptable and reliable approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
