What You Will Be Doing The position is focused on maintaining continuity in the classroom. Lesson resources and instructions will be provided, with your responsibility being to ensure pupils understand the work, remain engaged and follow the school''s behaviour expectations. You will need to be comfortable taking responsibility for a classroom and managing different groups of pupils throughout the school day.
