Junior Sales Associate

to join our dynamic team at the Thom Sweeney Townhouse. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and style-conscious individual who is eager to grow within a luxury menswear environment. You’ll support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, and sharing our passion for modern tailoring with a discerning clientele.Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide a warm, professional welcome in line with the Thom Sweeney brand ethos.Assist in delivering a personalised shopping experience, understanding each customer’s needs and guiding them through our product range.Support senior sales staff in client appointments, fittings, and bespoke orders.Maintain product knowledge across ready-to-wear, made-to-measure, and accessories.Ensure the shop floor and fitting rooms are presented to the highest standard at all times.Assist with stock management, deliveries, and merchandising.Develop a strong understanding of Thom Sweeney’s aesthetic, heritage, and approach to style.Build client relationships and contribute to the client database through consistent follow-up and engagement.What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for menswear and tailoring.A sharp eye for detail and appreciation for quality and craftsmanship.Previous retail experience is a plus, ideally within a premium or luxury setting.Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with clients.A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members.Smart personal presentation and a strong sense of style.Availability to work weekends and flexibility with scheduling.What We Offer
