Warehouse Operative

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join their team in Bicester. This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established international business, working within a supportive team environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, supporting the accurate handling, storage and dispatch of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
- Receive and check incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes.
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control.
- Ensure all products are stored correctly and safely within the warehouse.
- Support general warehouse duties, including housekeeping and organisation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse systems (desirable).
- Committed to health & safety and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential), full training will be given.
- Monday to Friday working hours (7:45am – 4:00pm)
