This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on project leader to manage HVAC installations and refurbishments across a variety of commercial and public sector sites including schools, healthcare buildings, and retail environments. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for project delivery from pre-start to handover, managing both direct labour and subcontractors while ensuring quality, compliance, and budget control. Projects typically range in value from £75,000 to £500,000.
