Working Supervisor Required - Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Supervisor to oversee drainage and civils works across Thames Water projects between Oxford and Reading.

Role Details

• Long-term opportunity
• -27 per hour
• Immediate start available
• Company van provided
• Travelling between multiple sites across the Oxford and Reading area
• Working on clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising site operatives and subcontractors
• Coordinating day-to-day site activities
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standards
• Completing site paperwork and liaising with clients and management
• Remaining hands-on where required to support site teams

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Working Supervisor within water, utilities or civil engineering
• SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
• NRSWA Supervisor beneficial
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently
