There is ample opportunity for career progression with the company thriving and experiencing a 50% expansion over the last 18 months.3rd Line IT Support Engineer experience: Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Microsoft Office 365 (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Compliance) Azure Active Directory Microsoft Intune and Auto Pilot Microsoft SharePoint Online Exchange2007/2010/2013/2016 Server Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies Multi-Site VPN and connectivity solutions Networking and Wi-Fi Infrastructure experience Server Virtualisation experience Security, 2FA and Firewalling Backup/DR troubleshooting and management Dell and HP hardware troubleshooting Liaise with 3rd party suppliers ensuring faults are logged, managed and that SLAs are met Experience working within a Managed Service Desk providerWe are not expecting the 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to have experience in all the technologies above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!They are a big believer in sharing thoughts and encouraging and supporting innovation and creativity.
