This role will be based out of their Bristol office with travel to sites nationwide. This is a key position within the business, acting as the company''s eyes and ears on-site, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client expectations across refurbishment and fit-out projects. The Role: Carrying out site inspections to ensure compliance with designs and regulations Monitoring quality of workmanship and materials Identifying defects and ensuring corrective actions are taken Supporting pre-construction planning and quality processes Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Managing site reports, documentation, and project handovers Pre-Construction Duties: Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation Supporting with quality planning and establishing inspection/test plans Identifying risks and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place Providing input on design to ensure buildability and compliance Assisting with regulatory submissions including Building Control and Gateway applications Post-Construction: Carrying out final inspections and ensuring works meet required standards Supporting snagging and ensuring completion to a ..... full job details .....
