The Role You will manage a varied and engaging caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, which may include: Contract disputes Property litigation Debt recovery Professional negligence Contentious probate Company and partnership disputes General dispute resolution work You will handle files from initial instruction through to resolution, with appropriate supervision depending on your PQE level.
