CNC Programmer We are recruiting an experienced CNC Programmer to join a long-established precision manufacturing business based in Redditch, specialising in high-volume, close-tolerance components for a range of industrial sectors. This CNC Programmer role is days-based and offers flexible working hours, providing an excellent work-life balance within a stable and technically focused manufacturing environment. Applications are welcomed from CNC Programmers seeking either full-time or part-time positions. The role will play a key part in supporting production, improving efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards across manufacturing operations. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for: Producing, developing and optimising CNC programmes to support high-volume precision machining. Working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure components are manufactured accurately and efficiently. Loading programmes and making amendments or offsets where required. Supporting process improvements, cycle-time reductions and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshooting machining issues and helping to identify improvements to manufacturing processes. Supporting both new and existing production requirements. Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency across manufacturing operations.
