• Ensure robust planning and controls are in place to manage dependencies and trade-offs efficiently.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance across all PMO operations.

• PMO Leadership: Proven experience in standing up or transforming a PMO in a complex, capital-intensive setting.
• Strategic Planning and Controls: Expertise in implementing rigorous planning and control mechanisms to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
• Team Building: Skilled in assembling and managing high-performing teams within high-growth environments.
• Bias for Action: A proactive approach to identify and resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
