Simmons Adaptive – Interim Corporate MandA LawyerJoin Simmons Adaptive to support a restructuring project within a dynamic investment firm. The successful consultant will work closely with senior stakeholders and will be responsible for a range of corporate MandA, commercial, and funds-related matters. This is a full-time role with 5 days per week, including 1 day of remote working.Responsibilities
Handle corporate MandA work, including sale and purchase agreements and related documentationManage termination of contracts, setting up new companies, and managing novation contractsSupport fund-related transactions and the investment side of the businessCoordinate with senior stakeholders and client teams; provide clear, timely adviceQualifications
You hold the relevant right to work in the UKYou are a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE specializing in corporate MandA (client will also consider applicants focusing on private equity funds)You can hit the ground running and work autonomouslyYou are a team player with the gravitas to manage senior stakeholder relationshipsYou thrive in a high-performance culture with minimal supervision and have strong communication and organisational skillsWhy join Simmons Adaptive
