Vacancy: Freelance Site Engineer/ Setting Out Engineer

Unite People are working with a regional construction contractor to hire a freelance Site Engineer to work on a project in South Yorkshire.

Working with a building contractor; you will be required to set out and manage QA -package for external brickwork, internal patricians-and reconfiguration of existing buildings.

Qualifications or Required Experience:

• CSCS Card
• HND, HNC or Civil Engineering degree is preferred
• Previous experience as an Engineer, setting out on ''build'' projects, internals and refurbishment works.
• Comfortable with QA, and working as a lead Engineer with a main contractor.
• Ability to work under deadlines, organising and prioritising deadlines to meet construction programme targets
• Understanding of setting out, using and EDM/ Total station.
