Multi Trader - Dartford Salary: £40,660 per yearPermanent Full-Time We are currently looking for an experiencedmulti trader to join a busy property maintenance team working across Dartford and the surrounding area. This is a permanent opportunity working within social housing carrying out a range of responsive repairs and maintenance works to occupied properties. The Role As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for completing a variety of repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and within the required timescales. Duties will include: Carrying out general property repairs and maintenance Carpentry and joinery repairs Basic plumbing and patch plastering Tiling and other general maintenance works Completing repairs within occupied social housing properties Diagnosing issues and carrying out remedial works Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard Providing a professional and friendly service to residents About You We are looking for someone who has previous experience working as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative within property maintenance or social housing. You should have: Experience carrying out a range of property maintenance repairs Good practical knowledge across multiple trades Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work Good communication skills and a professional approach The ability to work independently and manage your own workload A full UK driving licence What''s on Offer? £40,660 per ..... full job details .....
