Reporting to the Head of Technical you will ensure the ongoing BRC and customer accreditation, food safety, legal and ethical, integrity and compliance of the company. Performance ObjectivesMaintaining BRC, customer and local authority approval and customer codes of practice.Responsible for Food Safety and Legality site wide.Maintain the company audit schedule, root cause analysis, and corrective actions in collaboration with the operations team - ensure non-conformances are raised, followed through and closed off.Liaison with the external and internal customers Supporting the QA manager with QA employees, across the shifts to complete the required workload and drive forward departmental policies and procedures. Manage, mentor and support Technical Compliance Auditor to ensure continuous learning and workload. Ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and challenging current practiceTo manage and monitor standards throughout the site and to ensure that the business is compliant with our and customer codes of practice Supporting HR department with implementing and managing SEDEX/SMETA requirements.
