Attention all Senior Mechanical Design Engineers!We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a engineering services company, in a permanent position (our client will also consider contract candidates). You will be required to work full time (5 days a week) in Witham. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of projects, starting with Leisure Centre projects.-Competitive salary up to 75,000 (depending on experience).-Generous benefits package (including car allowance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance).Key Responsibilities:-Lead mechanical design on projects of all sizes, ensuring excellent client service.-Ensure quality control across mechanical engineering projects company-wide.-Manage project budgets and cost control.-Oversee project and cross-functional teams.-Attend client/project sites for meetings, surveys, and training.What we are looking for:Essential:-Minimum Degree level in Mechanical Engineering.-Skilled in Microsoft office.-Proven experience of delivering detailed designs through the full design cycle.-String knowledge of Water Services, Heating / LTHW, HVAC, Fuel, above- ground drainage and BMS.Desirable:-Chartered or working towards Chartership (IET or similar) preferred.-Experience with thermal modelling, energy assessment, dynamic energy modelling software advantageous.-Commercial sector knowledge and BIM experience are strong advantages. ..... full job details .....
