Avalon is currently supporting an organisation in Warwickshire in recruiting an interim Head of Housing. The Opportunity: The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for a key service area, ensuring a strategic approach is taken to the delivery of customer focused services. The successful candidate will: Develop and oversee the strategic direction of the organisation. Responsible for the delivery of the Corporate Strategy and vision. Ensure that the management of the Service Area is economic, effective and efficient, including the preparation, implementation and monitoring of a Service Area Plan. Explore opportunities to improve service delivery through joint working. To develop partnerships and strong collaborative working relationships with other public authorities.
