Project Coordinator

An established and growing organisation is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its function on a full-time, office-based basis. This is a varied and responsible position focused on supporting the successful delivery of customer orders and contracts within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in delivering existing orders and contracts efficiently
• Assist in driving sales growth through effective project coordination and execution
• Ensure adherence to departmental processes and procedures
• Coordinate projects across internal teams, suppliers, and international stakeholders
• Liaise with departments including sales, finance, and production to ensure smooth project progression

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with internal teams, customers, and suppliers daily
• Proficient IT skills, with experience using platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ERP/CRM systems
• High level of attention to detail
• A collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork
