The Role

• Managing project costs from procurement through to final account.
• Preparing and reviewing subcontract packages.
• Valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Producing monthly CVRs and commercial reports.
• Managing subcontractor accounts and payments.
• Working closely with Project Managers and site teams.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks.
• Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Experience with a main contractor or specialist contractor.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC experience advantageous).
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Degree qualified or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
• Full UK driving licence.
