Supervise and support Event Managers, ensuring high performance and excellent communicationBuild strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliersSupport new team member inductions and ongoing team developmentRespond promptly to catering and event enquiries, converting leads into bookingsManage client communications before, during, and after events, ensuring satisfaction and repeat businessProactively resolve complaints and turn feedback into positive experiencesEnsure all event details, proposals, and paperwork are accurate and compliant with company proceduresUphold legal and company standards in areas such as Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, and LicensingMaintain detailed records, databases, and efficient administrative systemsAttend client site visits and live events to monitor delivery and maintain strong relationshipsWhat we’re looking for
