Mobile Mechanical Engineer
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established, privately owned building maintenance provider. This company has a strong reputation for investing in its engineers through continuous training and development, enabling them to confidently handle a wide variety of mechanical tasks.This role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple commercial sites located around the M25.Role Responsibilities:Carry out PPM and reactive mechanical maintenance.Work on motors, generators (on/off load testing), shutdowns, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, sprinkler systems, pumps, belts, bearings, seals, and water treatment systems.Operate and have an understanding of BMS systems.Safely isolate plant and equipment in line with site and statutory safety procedures.Ensure all corrective and repair works comply with current regulations and standards.Promote safe working practices and high-quality workmanship.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors where required.Complete logbooks, RAMS, reports, and permits to work.Raise and close jobs using PDA systems.Requirements:Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).Minimum of 3 years'' experience within commercial building maintenance.Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach.Apprentice-trained background (desirable).Full UK driving licence.Salary and Benefits:£44,000 - £46,000 per ..... full job details .....
