A well-established, Ofsted-rated Good nursery in Finchley, North London is looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their baby room on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role:

• Baby room, permanent contract
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, across shift patterns
• All year round — no term-time closures
• 10 additional days'' holiday over the Christmas period
• From £30,000 per year, negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications

The setting: Ofsted-rated Good nursery in Finchley, North London (N3).

Day to day: Key worker responsibilities within the baby room, supporting care routines and early development within close ratios.

What''s on offer: Support working towards Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications, performance-related bonuses, and small everyday touches like snacks and coffee provided during breaks.

Candidates should hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification and at least one year of recent experience.
