This is a hands-on role where you''ll work independently while collaborating closely with commercial and wider project teams to shape robust, data-driven cost models and support critical business decisions. What you''ll be doing Developing should-cost models using in-house data and industry benchmarks (eg BCIS) Building and refining pricing booklets in Excel tailored to project requirements Analysing tender submissions and identifying key commercial insights Producing clear, concise tender reports to support business cases Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure pricing models are accurate and fit-for-purpose Supporting ad-hoc pricing and cost analysis activities What we''re looking for Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor Minimum 5 years post-degree experience Strong Excel skills (essential) Experience in cost modelling, estimating, and tender analysis Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ..... full job details .....
