You will be working as part of an experienced care team supporting residents with daily activities and ensuring they receive safe, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities • Support residents with daily living activities • Assist with personal care and hygiene where required • Support residents during mealtimes • Encourage residents to remain active and independent • Assist in implementing personalised care plans • Support residents in activities and engagement • Maintain accurate care records • Work closely with nurses and the wider care team Requirements • Previous experience working as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant • Comfortable providing personal care to residents • Experience working in nursing homes or elderly care settings preferred • Compassionate, patient and reliable approach • Good communication and teamwork skills • Able to work the advertised shift patterns • Enhanced DBS (or ..... full job details .....
