Your key responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates, conducting valuations, managing subcontractor accounts, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.What you''ll need to succeed Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably with commercial fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
