Quantity Surveyor (M&E) - Port Talbot
Contract: 3 years | Hybrid: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote | Inside IR35

We''re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major industrial project. You''ll manage contracts, claims, variations, and documentation while ensuring compliance with NEC4 and liaising with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Strong M&E experience within industrial, chemical, nuclear, power, or petrochemical sectors
• Proven contract management and claims experience
• NEC4 knowledge essential; RICS accreditation beneficial

QS degree or equivalent in Law/related discipline
