The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students aged 16+ in both group and 1:1 settings
• Assist learners with a range of educational needs, including those with SEND
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and ensure a positive learning environment
• Help monitor student progress and provide tailored academic and emotional support

Requirements:

• Experience supporting learners, preferably within a post-16 or secondary education environment
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and student development
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to initially pay for this, after working 20 working days you will be reimbursed for this cost)
