With offices throughout the UK they are strategically situated to serve an impressive array of Clients.Job Description:Due to their continued growth and future business plans, they are currently looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer with hands on design experience to join their office in Nottingham City Centre.

Sitting just under the Associate, you will be working with established teams to both manage and assist current Clients, as well as possessing the drive to expand and diversify a wide portfolio of work.

You will also be responsible for report writing, producing design calculations and structural survey reports.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career and has real aspirations of becoming an Associate and potentially a Director in future years.Person Specification:Successful candidates will be degree educated in a relevant engineering discipline or possess equivalent experience.

Ideal candidates will be Chartered or nearly Chartered through MICE or IStrucE.

You will also have:All-round experience with building structures and proven design experience.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the confidence to lead projects and attend Client meetings.Experience with mentoring less experienced Engineers and coaching and briefing Technicians.
