Job Description:
- Deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;challenging, andandnbsp;accessibleandnbsp;Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Foster aandnbsp;supportive,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;stimulatingandnbsp;learning environment
- Use a variety ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to track progress and inform planning
- Promoteandnbsp;numerical fluency,andnbsp;problem-solving skills, and aandnbsp;growth mindset
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support academic and personal development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;clubs,andnbsp;interventions, andandnbsp;enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 and KS4; KS5 desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;passionate,andnbsp;resilient, andandnbsp;reflectiveandnbsp;educator
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;inclusive practice, andandnbsp;student wellbeing
- Possess excellentandnbsp;subject knowledge,andnbsp;communication, andandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;skills
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;continuous professional developmentandnbsp;andandnbsp;team collaboration
