We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Renal who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.The East and North Herts Trust has a proven track record of successfully developing and managing Renal Dialysis Units at Stevenage, St Albans Luton and Dunstable, and more recently at Harlow and Bedford. Spanning over two decades, our experience in dialysis, innovative research and treatment concepts has earned us national and international recognition.You will be joining an experienced Renal Team who have extensive experience in developing Workforce to manage Renal Units. You will be trained in the delivery of high quality patient care in a dialysis setting.You may or may not have experience in Renal Nursing but must demonstrate a commitment to developing expertise in the management of patients with chronic kidney disease who require Haemodialysis.At the heart of everything we do are our core values:

The successful candidate will work as part of the multidisciplinary renal team, showing willingness to develop skills and knowledge in renal patient care.You will rotate between nephrology ward, haemodialysis units, and home therapies based on service needs.You will also participate in the Renal On-call service as required.The post holder will accurately record clinical observations and patient data to support ongoing care and review.You will communicate empathetically with patients and families about assessment, care, and treatment.Working for our organisation

Registered Nurse or equivalent with live NMC registrationRecognised teaching and assessing qualificationPrevious Experience

Minimum of six months ward experience as a qualified nurseDemonstrable haemodialysis experienceSkills
