Responsibilities

Influence and advise C-suite executives across the sales cycle.

Develop and articulate digital transformation and AI/GenAI propositions for business operations.

Create sales pitches, solution themes, and negotiate contracts across the sales cycle.

Close multi-tower, large deals (50-100 MM+).

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in business development for BPO services (Consulting/Tech experience is a plus).

Specialist on Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare sectors.

Experience of influencing and advising C-level executives.

Very fluent with digital transformation and AI/GenAI propositions for business operations.

Experience in creating sales pitches, solution themes, contract negotiation amongst other things across the sales cycle.

Track record of closing multi-tower, large deals (50-100 MM+).

Based in London with willingness to travel.
