FLT Driver (Counterbalance)

The Recruitment Group Loughborough is looking for an experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance) to join a well-established global company on an ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a fast-paced company. As a Fork Lift Truck Driver you will have recent experience and a valid FLT counterbalance license.

For the FLT Counterbalance role the work is a hands-on role involving both indoor and outdoor work, supporting warehouse and production operations.

Pay Rate:

• £13.11 to £13.25 p/h plus overtime rates 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Loading containers with MDF and acrylic materials
• Transporting goods into the warehouse and storing in designated areas
• Assisting with stock movement and general warehouse duties
• Operating a wall saw (full training provided) to cut acrylic and wood before racking
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:45am – 3:15pm

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT license
• Recent and relevant counterbalance forklift experience
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
