We’re currently looking for a junior commercial lawyer with 2-3 PQE to join our growing team in the UK.

Key Experience and Skills

We’re looking for a qualified lawyer with around 2-3 years PQE in general commercial law, preferably having worked in a leading private practice or in-house environment in England or Wales.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of most matters, particularly in basic commercial law.

Specialisations (favourably considered)

Technology and IP contracts

Privacy, data protection and GDPR related work

Employment law

Key qualifications

2-3 years PQE in general commercial law; experience in England or Wales

Key skills

Personable, with experience working directly with clients

Tech-savvy, able to operate our technology platforms

Independent, comfortable working autonomously

Efficient, works smart and gets things done
