Mango Solutions are looking for Residential Support Workers to support children and young people. Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:45am till 10:00pm and 7:45pm till 08:00am Must have Enhanced DBS Key Responsabilities: Leadership and support: mentor and supervise support staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Care Planning: Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing personalised care plans, ensuring that each young person''s health, educational, and emotional needs are met. Behavioural support: Use positive behaviour management techniques to encourage children''s development, managing challenging behaviours constructively. Safeguarding and Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with safeguarding policies and legal requirements, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and child-centred environment. Team collaboration: Work closely with other staff, social workers, and external agencies to support young people''s progress and well-being. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care activities, incidents, and progress, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail. On-Call Duties: Participate in on-call responsibilities as required, providing additional support and continuity of care.
