An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a friendly and forward-thinking RIBA-chartered practice based in Kent. Specialising in sustainable design across the residential, commercial, and education sectors, this growing team is looking to bring on board a creative and motivated individual to support their expanding project pipeline.

This role is perfect for a Part 2 graduate who is eager to develop both technically and creatively, with strong aspirations to work towards Part 3 qualification. You''ll gain hands-on experience across all RIBA stages while receiving excellent mentorship from experienced Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of designs from concept through to construction
• Support project delivery across a range of sectors
• Work closely with senior team members and clients
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations
• Contribute to planning applications and technical packages

Skills & Experience Required:

• RIBA Part 2 qualification
• Experience working in a UK-based architectural practice (placement or post-Part 2)
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Knowledge of UK planning regulations and building standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
• Confident communicator and team player
• A passion for sustainable design
