We''re partnering with a successful, growing group to recruit a talented Group Financial Accountant. This role will be pivotal in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting across the business.This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong accountant who enjoys both the numbers and the people side of finance, building relationships across multiple subsidiaries while ensuring the integrity of group-wide reporting.Key Responsibilities:Prepare high-quality consolidated group financial reports in line with deadlines.Manage the group consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Act as a key liaison with subsidiary finance teams, building strong working relationships to improve the flow of information and understanding of results.Support the application and compliance of accounting standards, including IFRS16.Provide insightful analysis to support business decision-making.Assist with continuous improvement projects in reporting processes and systems.About You:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).Proven experience in group consolidations and group reporting.Strong understanding of IFRSExcellent interpersonal skills - able to build rapport with finance teams across multiple locations.Detail-oriented with a commercial mindset.
