Commercial and Client Partnerships ManagerA heritage-led luxury retail business is seeking a Commercial and Client Partnerships Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts and special projects.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, you will act as a commercial partner to the business - owning key client relationships, developing new revenue opportunities and supporting long-term growth strategy. You will work across complex, consultative sales cycles, balancing commercial performance with brand stewardship and client experience. As relationships deepen, the role will increasingly engage with military, defence and uniformed organisations, requiring confidence navigating protocol-led environments and senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Partnerships and Business DevelopmentIdentify, develop and convert new commercial partnerships across strategic accounts and special projectsBuild and manage a strong pipeline from initial engagement through to contract closeSupport revenue forecasting, pricing strategy and commercial planningContribute to longer-term growth initiatives and market developmentClient and Stakeholder LeadershipOwn senior-level relationships with key clients, partners and aligned organisationsAct as a trusted, discreet point of contact for complex or sensitive engagementsDeliver an exceptional client experience that drives repeat business and long-term partnershipsRepresent the business at formal meetings, briefings, ..... full job details .....
