We''re working closely with a number of progressive and inclusive secondary schools in Northampton who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join their teams from September 2025. Whether you''re an experienced educator or an ECT, both permanent and long-term opportunities are available.

• Teaching engaging and differentiated Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with some schools offering A-Level options in your specialist subject

• Inspiring students through experiments, problem-solving, and real-life applications

• Adapting lessons to support all learners and promote academic progress

• Collaborating with your department to enhance curriculum planning, assessments, and student outcomes

• Getting involved in STEM enrichment, such as science clubs, competitions, or eco initiatives

• A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with a Science specialism (Biology, Chemistry, Physics - or combined)

• Confident delivering two or more Science disciplines at KS3-4

• Someone with strong classroom presence, excellent communication, and behaviour management skills

• A reflective practitioner who values innovation and teamwork

• An ECT or experienced teacher ready to make a meaningful impact

• A full-time Science teaching role in a Northampton school that champions STEM education
