This role is based near Coventry, and our client is keen to interview candidates with relevant experience for this role.The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing day-to-day administration across the organisation, on behalf of the CEO, to include secretariat responsibilities to the BD Board of Directors, as well as supporting the Head of Operations (HOO) and CEO with HR and governance administration.We are looking for a highly organised professional, who has excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will have a structured approach to work, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.You should be a highly motivated and proactive self-starter, equally adept at working independently and being an effective team player. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build strong professional relationships, both internally and externally.The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and a track record of providing high standards of executive support for senior teams.
