If youre a natural leader with a passion for the industry and creative flair in the kitchen, then you might just be what were looking for!If you are a dynamic culinary professional ready to make your mark in a vibrant dining scene, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist the Head Chef in leading and managing the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and schedulingCreate and execute seasonal menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertiseEnsure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentationOversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitabilityMaintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulationsCollaborate with management to develop promotional events and special menusStay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offeringsRequirements:Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant / HotelCulinary degree or equivalent certification preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple menusCreative flair and passion for culinary excellenceKnowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelinesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWhats in it for you?-
